We are happy to announce that REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN for VFI’s 2023 Annual Golf Outing! Join us on Saturday, June 17 at Green Meadows Golf Course in North East, PA for a day of golf, food, and fun! Registration and breakfast begins at 7:30am, followed by a shotgun start at 8:30am. Following play, lunch will be held at 2pm, along with an awards ceremony. Your support of our golf outing makes a difference. Proceeds from the outing will directly fund operational expenses such as Nursing Home Transition (NHT) and Home Modifications for individuals with disabilities. Your participation in this event will support home essentials such as furniture, cleaning supplies, bedding, smart technology, and more for those transitioning back into the community from a nursing facility. Proceeds will also allow individuals with disabilities to live independently in the community by way of wheelchair ramps, accessible bathrooms, accessible kitchens, widened doorways, and much more.
