Governor Corbett made an obligation to take care of people with disabilities, and now he is reneging on that promise. He has disbanded councils in Harrisburg of people with disabilities and shut out the stakeholders from any influence on decision-making. Since we are not powerful lobbyists and are non-profit organizations who cannot afford to contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to campaign funds, we are forgotten and ignored.
